The founder of ‘Lead from Your Soul,’ Dr.Aya Akkari, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, with specialized training in Group Coaching through Potential Realized, founded by Effective Group Coaching author Jennifer Britton. With over 25 years of leadership expertise and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Leadership, she serves as an Organizational Leadership Specialist and Consultant to professionals, executives, and organizations. She is also a Personal Well-Being Mentor, a seasoned Professional Speaker, and a Published Author committed to empowering ambitious professionals, executives, and change leaders to EXCEL!

She specializes in assisting leaders and teams in beating burnout, enhancing their performance and productivity, and mastering the art of work-life balance.

In May 2023, she shared a piece of her heart with the world: Lead From Your Soul: The 4 Worldviews of Inspiring Leaders, which was nominated #1 new release in leadership and management.
