Mentoring is defined as a process where trained individuals offer advice, support, and guidance to an individual or a group so that it can help in their learning and development process. The mentor acts as a guide, advisor, or counselor and shares his knowledge, experiences, and skills with a trainee or client within agreed bounds so that the words of wisdom can help in the professional career.
